"My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. "Probably my favorite spot we stayed in Ireland but management was difficult to communicate with when there were no towels or bath mats (slippery tile floors). In fact no one responded to our attempt to communicate "

"The Hideaway is a treasure! The pictures cannot capture how cool and special this place is! We stayed in the house which was very comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Shebeen. Truly the best part of the stay was the incredible hospitality of our hosts, Grainne and Pat and their family. Highest recommendation for the Hideaway!"

"Superbly located property with everything you need for a short or long stay. Communication was excellent throughout and can’t rate this property highly enough."

"House was clean ( 4 big spiders but they don't count) GREAT view, instructions everywhere so we worked out how everything worked, only thing missing I would say was a T-bag squeezer lol We'd go back in a heartbeat. :) "
