"Lovely bright room with a really comfy bed and thoughtful touches throughout, including spare towels for the hot tub. Easy check-in online and contactless access to our room, although friendly staff were available if needed. The hot tub was nice and hot for when we arrived which was perfect after a long hike. "5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel"

"The apartment was well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. The only improvement we can suggest would be a little more cutlery. The knives and forks ran out before the plates. Had there been a few more forks we would have run the dishwasher less often! :-) But that is a tiny niggle - we would still give it 5 stars!"
