"Our stay was simply perfect!We were with our 3 children to explore Cape Breton.The mountain view front the front porch is priceless, and we started each day with our coffee looking at the scenery and listening to the cicadas.Everybody loved reading and lounging in the hammock…We enjoyed playing frisbee and running around in the large fields in front of the cabins.The emplacement was perfect for us: We visited from Chéticamp to Baddeck, and many places in between. "Very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exactly as promised and was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly enjoyed the screened porch and the visit each morning from the resident cat. The location is rather remote so one must come prepared with food etc but it is lovely and quiet and a great place to get away from it all. Pam and Steve "

"We walked in the door and looked around. Literally everything you could ask for was in the cabin. Layout is beautiful, screened in deck is very nice. Temp control is great. There were toys inside for the kids to play with. Just an amazing experience run by great people. Definitely recommend "

"It was just great! Loved having the washer dryer, and lots of other small touches that made it extra nice. TV lost its feed and I received a message within 15 min how to try to fix it and it worked. Also liked the suggestions on what to do and where to go. Of course being on the water was perfect. "

Little playground for the kids was a nice touch, especially when the parents were trying to pack up. We did notice that the fridge didn't seem to be cleaned from the last guest.
