"Absolutely fabulous villa for our family of 11. Amazing sea view and pool. Walking distance to beach with great snorkelling. We used the hotel next door for coffee and pizza also. Carlo could not have been a more accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was so helpful. A five star villa!"

"Our first trip to Sardinia and we spent a few days in Baja then drove to Maladroxia for a 4 night stay here. By far our favorite part of the entire 3 week trip to Italy. If you are searching out of the way spots like Maladroxia then you are probably looking for a very relaxing vacation oppurtunity and this home will do all that for you. The pool is yours. "A notre arrivée, une belle surprise nous attendait à la cuisine avec un grand choix de fruits, diverses spécialités sardes, du vin rouge, du vin blanc et des boissons fraîches dans le frigo. La cuisine est super équipée. On peut facilement rejoindre les plages et les magasins à pieds. Par contre, l'accès Wi-Fi est très fable."

"Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!"

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Porto Pino est une petite station balnéaire magnifique principalement fréquentée par des italiens. La région du sud est superbe. La location, parfaitement propre concerne une partie de la villa d'environ 80 m² intérieur plus un patio et une magnifique terrasse aménagée et éclairée donnant sur un magnifique terrain arboré sans aucun vis avis. L'autre partie de la résidence peut être habité par les propriétaires mais sans aucune proximité. La climatisation...

"Großartig. Voll und ganz zu empfehlen. Verschiedene Strände fußläufig erreichbar. Verschiedene Restaurants und auch kleine Einkäufe können in Porto Pino erledigt werden.Die Unterkunft ist super entspannt, gepflegt und wirklich schön.Wir empfehlen sie uneingeschränkt."

"Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens."

"Molto carina, posizione comoda, silenziosa, ben ventilata. Zona tranquilla, bel parcheggio e abbastanza confortevole. Note molto positive il barbecue e la terrazza. Il voto sarebbe più alto se ci fosse qualche sdraio o divano per godere appieno della terrazza e se ci fosse più dotazione in cucina (posate, piatti, pentole). Nel complesso però ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è stata comoda e carina per una vacanza abbastanza breve. Alla prossima! "

"We were four people (two adults and two children) who had a wonderful one-week stay in this holiday home. The house fully lived up to our expectations. It was very functional and easy to settle into, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. The pool area became the natural gathering spot for the whole family and was thoroughly enjoyed. "Sehr schöne Wohnung, extrem sauber bei der Ankunft. Check-In mit Giulia lief hervorragend, auch wenn wir deutlich früher angekommen sind als geplant. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig, großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierteil, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Anstelle der modernen Lavazza-Kaffeemaschine wäre uns eine einfache Filtermaschine lieber gewesen. Hilfreich wären auch noch Microwellengeschirr. Die sehr schönen Teller in der Küche haben leider alle einen Goldrand und sind in der...
