The property has a splendid terrace equipped for dining with a fantastic sea view, it is 30 m far from the beach. It has a garden of 800 square meters and a parking space. The interior of 70 square meters consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen adjacent to a terrace equipped for dining outside and a bathroom with shower.
