We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
The capital of the island offers everything one needs, a lively center full of bars with a view of the Darsena and its sailing boats, the main historical testimonies of Napoleon's small empire, a tour suspended between past and present thanks to the ancient walls that protect the city, and of the Caribbean beaches including the renowned Le Ghiaie, Padulella and Capo Bianco; a little further away are the beaches of the Costa Verde such as Seccione, Viticcio, Enfola and Sansone. It is in a strategic position for those who want support for getting around the island, all the arteries to the various locations leave from Portoferraio, both towards the East and the West, as well as the best bus connections (the main station is in 450 meters from the apartment).

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small newly built building. It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette and large windows, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a spacious shower, and an outdoor area at the front of the house equipped for dining al fresco, with a distant view of the harbor. The photos need to be updated, as previously there was only one bedroom. *

Important Notes:

- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
