Portoferraio is the most important harbour and marina of Elba. It is a town rich in history and already at the arrival by ferry offers its beauty with its imposing forts "Falcone" and "Stella". This nice apartment "Le Finestre Sul Mare" is situated in the heart of the old town, in one of the oldest streets, at the second floor of a small building recently renovated, just in a walking distance from the promenade, bars or restaurant; during the summer, in the evening in the center there is a traditional market and some events. The apartment preserve the atmosphere of a historic home, although the furniture is new and nice. The access to the historic centre by car, to reach the apartments, is possible during the day and in the evening is forbidden from 7 pm to 7 am. There are some convenient parkings near the apartments, that are the ideal accommodation for those who choose a holiday without a car. At 100 mt from the apartments you can find a Bus stop; the beach of Le Viste is at 500 mt about, the beach of Le Ghiaie is at 800 mt about, where you can find rents of sunchairs and umbrellas, bars and restaurants directly on the beach. Nearby the apartments, in Portoferraio there are a pharmacy, a supermarket, shops and bakeries.
Apartment 2/4 persons: for our clients we have this beautiful apartment of about 70 sqm, at the second floor of a small building. From the windows of the apartment and from the little rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and on the historical centre of Portoferraio. The apartment has a spacious living room with kitchenette (5 gas burners, oven, fridge and microwave) and TV; a double bedroom with walk-in-wardrobe and a bathroom with shower; a small bedroom with sofa bed for 2 persons; a small half bath. The furniture is new, modern and very comfortable, with washing machine. The apartment has not a private parking place, but there are some public parking spaces nearby.

Arrival: check-in 4 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: electricity, water, and gas included. Final cleaning: € 110 (to be paid at the agency before keys are handed over). Linen: not included. You may reserve them for € 20/person per week (to be paid at the agency at the time of booking). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100 to be paid at the agency before the keys are handed over. Check-in fee: in case of arrival after 8 pm, extra of € 20,00 (to pay at arrival).
