Perfect for those who love nature, several paths start close to the apartments, ideal for a nice walk, but also beautiful by bike. The area is quite quiet even in summer, sheltered from the wind, surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and at the same time just a few steps from the sea. All the structures have been recently renovated and all have a large terrace or balcony from which to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island.

The apartments do not have a real private parking space, but access to the building is via a private road closed by a barrier, where, if desired, the car can be left, unless there is a parking space, along the road.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Key delivery is normally carried out in our offices located in Via Rodolfo Manganaro in Portoferraio, for different needs contact our customer service.

The wifi service is served by a local operator, being the area along the coast, the signal is sometimes interrupted.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.

Large two-room apartment on the first floor with double entrance: the first overlooks a beautiful terrace also equipped for dining and from which you can admire a splendid view over the entire Gulf of Biodola. The second opens onto a terrace accessible directly from the master bedroom. The apartment consists of a large living area with a kitchen, two sofa beds (two separate beds), bathroom with window with shower, an anteroom, a double bedroom, LCD TV with satellite antenna and wi-fi.

Security deposit: €200 (mandatory)
A sign of mutual trust. It will be refunded within a few days of your stay. We recommend paying in cash, which is due on the day of departure if you leave after 3:00 PM (time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
