This comfortable house has been thoughtfully designed to offer a relaxing and convenient stay, making it a great choice for families and groups travelling together.

Step into the welcoming living room, where a comfortable sofa bed, a pouf, and a wall-mounted TV create a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant atmosphere, while WiFi allows you to stay connected, whether you're enjoying a movie night or catching up on your favorite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a delicious dinner, you'll have everything you need to enjoy meals at home. The dining table with four chairs provides a relaxed setting for sharing meals together.

The house features two comfortable bedrooms: one furnished with a double bed, and another with two single beds. All beds come with quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire house including the private backyard. Enjoy the patio for outdoor relaxation and take in the views of the surrounding area.

A charming and peaceful house in Levada Grande, near Porto Moniz, on the stunning north coast of Madeira. Surrounded by lush green landscapes and dramatic mountain scenery, it offers a tranquil escape immersed in the island’s natural beauty.

Guests can easily explore some of Madeira’s most iconic attractions, including the famous natural swimming pools of Porto Moniz, the breathtaking Laurisilva forest, and the scenic levadas and hiking trails that surround the area. The rugged coastline, spectacular viewpoints, and traditional villages nearby make this an ideal base for discovering the authentic beauty of Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by car and public transport.

The nearest bus stops are approximately a 5–10 minute walk from the property, with connections to Porto Moniz and other areas of Madeira.

As Madeira does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car, bus, taxi, or car hire. Due to the property's location in a more rural area, having a car is recommended for exploring the island and reaching nearby attractions.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 1 hour 15–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic and road conditions.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
