THE SPACE
This one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the city. It features a cosy double bed for two and a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two more guests. Perfect for couples, friends, or families looking for a central and convenient place to stay while exploring Porto’s vibrant streets and attractions.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests can check in independently using our self-check-in system between 15:00 and 22:00. For security reasons, detailed instructions and the access code will be shared before your arrival. This ensures a smooth and flexible check-in process within the designated hours.
ABOUT THE SPACE:
Welcome to our cosy and thoughtfully designed 50 m² apartment—ideal for couples, families, or small groups. It features one comfortable bedroom and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. The space is fully equipped to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay in Porto.
AMENITIES:
The apartment includes essentials such as an elevator, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a smart TV with YouTube access. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. You’ll also find all necessary utensils and cookware, plus a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine for your morning coffee.
ESSENTIALS:
We provide toilet paper, shampoo, and shower gel for the first day until the third day of your stay. Please note that we do not provide towels for infants under 2 years old.
BEDDING & TOWELS:
We provide one full set of bedding and towels per guest. By default, for reservations up to two guests, only the double bed is provided. If two guests prefer to sleep separately (one on the sofa bed and one on the double bed), this must be requested in advance and is subject to an additional fee. Extra bedding or towel sets are also available for a fee.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is available between 15:00 and 22:00 via self-check-in. For security reasons, instructions and the access code will be shared shortly before your arrival.
Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM.
If you would like to request a late check-out, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible — however, late check-out is not guaranteed and depends on cleaning schedules and future reservations.
Please note that unauthorized late check-out will result in a €50 fee for every 30 minutes beyond 11:00 AM.

PARKING:
Free parking is available right in front of the main entrance during the day. At night, we strongly recommend parking approximately 100 meters up the small hill, where there is also free street parking. Please park close to the wall in front of the entrance to allow large trucks to pass. Detailed parking instructions will be sent after booking.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
Located in Vila Nova de Gaia, the apartment is within walking distance of the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge and the charming Ribeira district. Explore the historic streets and enjoy the local culture. Don’t miss the famous Port Wine cellars nearby, where you can taste and learn about this world-renowned wine.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
We offer free luggage storage, IF POSSIBLE, after check-out and before check-in—that is, from 13:00 onwards (check-out time) or up to 2 hours before check-in. However, this service is subject to availability and must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
TRANSPORT LINKS:
Bus stops for lines 901 and 906 are just a 4-minute walk away, offering easy access to Trindade metro station and other key parts of the city, including the airport.
FAIR USE POLICY FOR UTILITY LIMITS BASED ON STAY DURATION:
FOR STAYS IN NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, AND FEBRUARY, A 50% DISCOUNT APPLIES TO THE UTILITY FEE FOR NIGHTS WITHIN THESE MONTHS ONLY.
FOR RESERVATIONS SPANNING MULTIPLE MONTHS, FEES ARE CALCULATED PER NIGHT, AND THE DISCOUNT IS APPLIED ONLY TO ELIGIBLE MONTHS.
- For stays of 7 days or more (including 7 days), an additional utility charge of €60 will apply.
- For stays of 10 days or more (including 10 days), an additional utility charge of €80 will apply.
- For stays of 15 days or more (including 15 days), an additional utility charge of €110 will apply.
- For stays of 20 days or more (including 20 days), an additional utility charge of €140 will apply.
- For stays of 25 days or more (including 25 days), an additional utility charge of €170 will apply.
- For stays of 30 days or more (including 30 days), an additional utility charge of €200 will apply.
- For stays longer than 30 days, this additional charge will be applied repeatedly for each subsequent 30-day period.
These charges are fixed additional fees based on the length of stay and are collected regardless of actual utility consumption.
CLEANING POLICY & VALUABLES POLICY:
FOR STAYS IN NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, AND FEBRUARY, A 50% DISCOUNT APPLIES TO THE CLEANING FEE FOR NIGHTS WITHIN THESE MONTHS ONLY.
FOR RESERVATIONS SPANNING MULTIPLE MONTHS, FEES ARE CALCULATED PER NIGHT, AND THE DISCOUNT IS APPLIED ONLY TO ELIGIBLE MONTHS.
For stays over 5 days (including the 5th day), mandatory cleaning will be scheduled every 5 days and charged at the same rate as the initial cleaning fee on the booking. All cleaning times will be arranged with the guest in advance. This helps ensure cleanliness and comfort throughout your stay.
Guests are required to keep the apartment tidy and organized between cleanings. Personal items and clothing must be stored in wardrobes or drawers and not left on the floor, bed, or sofa.
The mandatory cleaning service includes:
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Changing bed linen and towels
• Cleaning the bathroom and toilet
Keeping the apartment reasonably organized is essential so that the cleaning can be performed properly and efficiently.
Please note that the apartment is not equipped with a safe. If you plan to leave valuable items (such as jewellery, electronics, cash, etc.) in the apartment, you must inform us in advance. In such cases, guests are required to hand over the valuable item(s) to our cleaner before leaving the property and collect them after the cleaning is completed.
All of our cleaners are trusted and professional, but for safety reasons, we kindly ask that guests follow this procedure to ensure the security of their belongings.
SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Evidence of indoor smoking (smell, ash, cigarette butts) will result in a €400 penalty.
BABY EQUIPMENT:
We do not provide baby beds or baby chairs.
GUEST & PET POLICY:
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Please book for the CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS, as unregistered guests will incur additional charges (80€ per each), even if the Airbnb system shows it as free. For example, if you book for one person and later request to add a second guest through Airbnb, the system may show it as free, but we will apply the appropriate charges. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend booking the correct number of guests from the beginning.
Bringing a pet? Be sure to select the pet option at booking. If a pet is brought without prior notice, an extra fee will be applied.
Guests staying with pets must bring their own pet supplies, including:
• A towel or blanket to place under the pet (especially for the sofa/bed)
• Food and water bowls
• Any other necessary accessories
Important:
• Household items (e.g., towels, linens, dishes, furniture) must not be used for pets.
• Pets should not be fed, given water, or allowed to sit directly on the sofa, bed, or other furniture without proper covering brought by the guest.
Failure to follow these requirements may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
APARTMENT RULES & VIOLATIONS:
We have a strict no-party policy. Violation of house rules, including hosting parties, will result in a €200 penalty. Any additional fines incurred due to guest behaviour will be passed on to the guest.
