Lamentamos realmente que tenha ficado desiludido com a sua estada, é para nós também muito triste ter esta percepção menos boa. Apesar de não termos elevador, temos uma cadeira elevatória precisamente para esse efeito e bem visível nas escadas de acesso à recepção. Due to being located in a historical building, occasionally, there could be some problems with our soundproofing for the bars outside or the busy street, that we do not have control of. Hi Karen,Thanks for your amazing review and for staying with us! We are glad you enjoyed and thanks for your notes about the mobility issues of our building. As you can understand, sometimes with such an historic architecture its very hard to surpass some issues. The lift at the entrance is only for wheelchairs and need to be requested at the door bell . It is safe but in other hand very slow due to all the safety protocols involved in lifting a wheelchair two floors.
