The YOUROPO team from the point of booking to arriving were very prompt in replying to email, often replying in the middle of the night (EU time) when I sent an email US time. The arrival process required us to go to a shop in the town center which is staffed 24 hours a day. Check in was prompt and then they gave us directions to the property. Although it is walking distance from the check in, dragging the bags was a challenge through the cobbled street. They wrote on the map #70 which caused us issues finding the place as it was actually #71. The downstairs of the apartment building looks very scruffy and I was a little nervous what to expect, however once we got in the lift to the 5th floor and opened the apartment door we were very pleased with our choice of apartment. You enter into the open plan kitchen and living area, with a door to outside and a stairwell up to the top floor. The stairs lead upstairs to a master suite with a an ensuite bathroom (closable door) and a play area on the open plan balcony. This has a sloping ceiling so duck or bang your head on a beam.On the main floor, three bedrooms are along a corridor from the living room. 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a twin, one with a double, and a smaller double room. Off the same corridoor, there are two bathrooms for these three bedrooms. None are ensuite but as we only used 2 of these rooms we had a bathroom each. The apartment does lend itself to being 2 ensuite bedrooms with the smaller double
