Nomad's Netto & Subway - Sunny Balcony

Sunny Balcony is a small colorful apartment, designed to provide our guests comfortable and accessible stays in the city center of Porto.



Located in Bonfim, right out of the Historic Center, this flat is ideal to spend late afternoons after a day of sightseeing.



On the second floor of a 3-story building with no elevator, our Sunny Balcony is oriented towards the back, escaping the outside noises of the fairly busy street.



The apartment accommodates 2 people, has a double bed, a washing machine, and a living room with sofa and dining area.



The kitchenette is equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.



Towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The sleeping area has a closet with iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer.



Just nearby, our guests will find an Italian Restaurant, a Pharmacy, a Supermarket, and our main office, open Mon to Fri from 09 AM to 06 PM, about 5 minutes away from the apartment.



Public transports are just around the corner with several bus stops and the majority of metro lines available (including the one for the Airport and Campanhã’s Train Station). Parking on the street of the building is paid.



For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.



A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
