The Space:
The apartment features a double bedroom, a beautiful living room in oceanic tones, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the amenities for your comfort during your stay.

For your convenience, our apartment includes an elevator, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the city, near the Palácio da Bolsa square, you will be at the center of all the excitement, where everything happens in Porto. Here, you can get lost in the famous alleys of Porto's Ribeira, enjoy the iconic Francesinha with a view of the Luís I Bridge, walk along the Douro River, visit Rua das Flores, and be close to the city's most important landmarks. In the apartment's area, you will find restaurants, cafés, and the private Saba parking nearby.

Getting Around:
Bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and the metro station is 700m away.

Other Things to Note:
The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the scheduled check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be applied after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of 150€ for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the excess.

The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly inspections expected to take place.

We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Just request it (price upon request).
