The Space:

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the flat, including the two bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the en-suite bathroom and the balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Porto, this apartment boasts an unbeatable location. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the iconic Clérigos Tower, the famous Lello Bookshop and the vibrant Rua das Flores, all just 250 metres away. Praça dos Aliados and São Bento metro station are just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to reach all the city’s attractions. Enjoy the convenience of being at the centre of it all, with restaurants, shops and other attractions within easy walking distance.



Getting Around:

We offer a transfer service on request (please contact us for prices). The flat enjoys excellent access to public transport. The nearest underground station is just a few minutes’ walk away, with direct connections to the city centre and the airport. There is street parking, but spaces may be limited. Alternatively, there are paid car parks nearby.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, you will incur a cost (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.



If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your booking includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and internet/TV package of 190 euros. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (contact us for the price).



If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
