The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in downtown Porto, in the cultural and tourist center of the city, where the fun happens! The street is located opposite the emblematic Bolhão Market, close to Avenida dos Aliados and the Clérigos Tower. There are restaurants, supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies and stores nearby.

At night, the Galerias de Paris area is one of the liveliest places in the whole city.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect. The €2.00 charge, included in the cost of your stay, applies to guests over the age of 13. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the additional costs.

The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
