This apartment is well-equipped to host up to 4 guests. It is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building, making it easily accessible and family friendly. The spacious, clean living room, is equipped with a plush, brand new, sofabed couch, TV, fast WiFi, workspace, and ample dining space for 4 in both the kitchen or dining/living area. The doors to the terrace flood the room with natural light. The eat-in kitchen, seats 4, is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking supplies, and a light breakfast of tea, coffee, and pastries. It is adjacent to the laundry room, with washer and detergent available for use. A huge 1 bedroom has a new double bed, dresser and large closet, with a 2nd TV. The large bathroom has a soaking tub, vanity mirror.
