The building was awarded first place in the World Architecture and Design Awards (WADA 2019) and an honorable mention by Architecture MasterPrize ™ 2018.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything that is necessary so that our guests can just arrive, relax and enjoy! You will be able to visit all the historic centre (World Heritage Site by UNESCO) by foot.
This renovated apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 6-floor building (with elevator).
The apartment and has a living room area with a fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area two bedrooms (one double bed in each), closets and one bathroom.
For your convenience you can request breakfast directly with our partners and start your day at home in the best way. If you're interested ask us which menus we have BEFORE your check-in.
We have a crib, cutlery, baby bath and chair, babybath, available on demand - if you need any of these items, please let us know BEFORE the day of check-in!

Todos os checkins feitos após a meia-noite estão sujeitos a uma taxa extra de 20€ pagos em dinheiro e durante o checkin.

Após o check-in/durante a sua estadia, podem incorrer custos adicionais em caso de:
- Perda de chave;
- Chave esquecida no interior do apartamento;
- Chave esquecida dentro do apartamento, dentro da fechadura.

Dependendo da situação, o custo do serralheiro fica entre 40 / 150 Eur.

If you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.

All checkins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of 20eur paid in cash and during the checkin.

Upon check-in/during your stay, additional charges may apply in case of:
- loss of key;
- forgotten key inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40/150eur.
