It is located on the 1st floor and has lift access.

It is designed with open living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a convertible sofa bed, a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a balcony, perfect for relaxing.

The studio provides ample storage space to organise your belongings and a dedicated work desk for your convenience.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Senhora da Hora is a vibrant and welcoming neighbourhood in northern Portugal, just a short distance from Porto. It is a peaceful and residential neighbourhood renowned for its convenience and connectivity.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Via Rápida - Viso, is just a 23-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
