This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access.

As you enter, you'll find a lovely living space that features a comforting sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. There is also a washing machine available.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

You will have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities, including all furnishings and utensils. The apartment is located on the third floor with lift access

This apartment located in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by world heritage building and inumerous monuments such as D.Luis bridge , Church of St.Francis , Casa do Infante, Palácio da Bolsa, and Church of St. Nicolas.

Its main points of reference are the D. Luís I Bridge, the Guindais elevator and the entire riverside area of the city.

The typical neighborhood is Ribeira and the building is located in a pedestrian street with very good restaurants around. The surroundings offer local market along the river, pharmacies, and lots of nice bars.

You can easily explore the downtown area on foot, but you can also take buses, the number one tram, or the Guindais Funicular, which connects Ribeira with the uptown area. The closest metro station is within 15 minutes walking distance of Sao Bento.

The best way to get from the airport to the apartment is by metro, and the closest tube station is the Sao Bento metro station.

From the metro station, it is about a 10-to 15-minute walk to Rua Infante Dom Henrique, 87. The apartment is located on the third floor.

We are happy to assist you with booking additional services such as a reservation at a typical Portuguese restaurant, wine-tasting tours, and transport to and from the airport (for an added fee), in order to make your stay all the more enjoyable and unique. Please contact us for more information if you would like to know more about these services.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 200€ smoking penalty fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
