The apartment is on the 2nd floor, by stairs.

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer!
In this apartment, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably.
There is a kitchenette equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.
There is a living area with a sofabed where you can relax after a day in the city and a dining table.
The bedroom comes with comfy beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center.

Guests have access to the entire property

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is located in the very center of Porto, with many shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and near to the art galleries as well, Torre dos Clérigos, Galerias de Paris night life of bars and discos, and many other historical places and monuments.

Closest metro station: Aliados (5 min walking)
Closest Train station: S. Bento (5 min walking)

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).
