This beautifully decorated 40m² studio is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. Please note that the studio is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.

The mezzanine features a double bed with complimentary high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

To ensure your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned.

Miragaia is one of Porto's oldest parts, with a history that dates back to medieval times. It has preserved much of its historical charm, with cobblestone streets and traditional Portuguese architecture.

The area is home to several notable landmarks and attractions, including the Miragaia Church (Igreja de São Pedro de Miragaia), dedicated to Saint Peter and an important religious site. The neighbourhood is also close to the Alfândega do Porto, a former customs house now used for events and exhibitions.

Situated along the Douro River, Miragaia offers picturesque views of the river and the iconic Luís I Bridge. The waterfront area is charming, with boats and traditional Rabelo boats often seen along the river.

Rua São Pedro de Miragaia is within walking distance of Porto's main attractions, including the historic Ribeira district, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The area is well-connected by public transportation, making exploring other parts of the city easy.

The street and surrounding area are home to various local amenities, including cafes, restaurants, and small shops. It's a great place to experience authentic Portuguese cuisine and local culture.

Saint John's festivity, or "Festa de São João," is one of the most celebrated events in Porto, and Miragaia, one of the city's historic neighbourhoods, participates in these lively festivities.

The main celebration occurs on the night of June 23rd to June 24th, marking the feast day of Saint John the Baptist. However, festivities often begin days before and continue afterwards.

The streets and houses are decorated with colourful streamers, balloons, and lights. In Miragaia, you can expect to see traditional decorations that add to the festive spirit. You'll also find music and dance performances, often with traditional Portuguese folk music and dancing. Street musicians and bands contribute to the lively atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
