We would like to inform you that the apartment is located in a historic area of Porto. Due to this, access involves several stairs, and it is not possible to reach by car. Additionally, you may hear some street noise.

Experience the beauty of Porto from the rooftop of this stunning duplex apartment. This newly refurbished apartment is furnished with all modern amenities and has beautiful rooftop views. The property is located along the waterfront in a neo-classical building. It is the perfect place for friends, couples or small families to come and explore this wonderful city.

The two bedrooms are cosy double rooms furnished with hotel-quality bedsheets and linens. The first bedroom has hard wooden floors, a radiator, and a clothes rack with hangers. The second bedroom also has hard wooden floors, a radiator, and a clothes rack with hangers. Both rooms offer gorgeous rooftop views, and are located on the second floor via a flight of stairs.

The living area is a delightful space located on the ground floor. It is well-ventilated and has plenty of natural sunlight, making it a relaxing area to unwind in. It has an AC unit for when you want to keep the heat out and a flat-screen TV with streaming service connectivity if you want to catch a movie or listen to the radio. There's also a vintage console table, which will look great in any room and a dining table for four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a tiled floor and tiled wall, making it easy to clean. There is a microwave, a coffee machine, complimentary coffee pods and a washing machine to make your stay more convenient. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head and a hairdryer, as well as fresh towels, toiletries and a first-aid kit, provide at no extra cost!

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival!

Sitting prettily on the banks of the Duoro River, Sao Nicolau is a charming neighbourhood that's home to some of Porto's most iconic landmarks. From the Luís I Bridge and Livraria Lello to the Porto Cathedral and Palácio de Bolsa, there's plenty to see and do in this historical district. With its narrow streets and beautiful neo-classical architecture, Sao Nicolau is a popular tourist spot, but it's also home to a wealth of hidden eateries and bars that are well worth exploring. So why not take a stroll along the riverbank, take in the sights and sounds of this vibrant neighbourhood, and see what you can find?

The nearest tram station is Infante - about 6-minutes away by foot; 400m away from the flat. There's also a Ribeira, a funicular train which will take you to the Ribeira neighbourhood -- it's just 280m away from the flat; roughly 3 minutes by foot.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 20€ included.
