This delightful 52 m2 property is located on the ground floor and offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city.

It is designed with open living, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

Although it is a studio, the space where the guests sleep is on a mezzanine upstairs, providing a semi-private space for the double bed.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Bonfim, a vibrant neighborhood in Porto, Portugal, is a hidden gem blending historical charm with a modern, artistic vibe. Known for its traditional architecture and lively streets, Bonfim invites visitors to explore its cultural landmarks, such as the stunning Capela do Senhor Jesus de Bonfim and the bustling Rua de Santos Pousada. The area is also home to beautiful green spaces like Jardim de São Lázaro, perfect for relaxing amidst nature. Its close proximity to Porto’s city center makes Bonfim an excellent base for discovering the city’s famous attractions, including the Ribeira district and Dom Luís I Bridge.

Visitors can enjoy authentic Portuguese cuisine in local taverns or experience the area’s growing culinary scene at modern eateries. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 350-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
