Upstairs in the mezzanine, the sleeping area offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, ample storage, and a stylish ensuite bathroom—ideal for restful nights.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

Travessa da Figueirôa is a hidden gem in Porto, offering visitors a taste of the city’s authentic charm. Its narrow, winding streets are lined with traditional buildings, quaint cafés, and small artisan shops, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Strolling through the area, you can discover the little details that give Porto its character, from colourful tiles to charming doorways, making it a perfect spot for leisurely exploration and photography.

Visitors can enjoy sampling traditional Portuguese pastries, sipping coffee in a welcoming café, or simply soaking in the everyday rhythm of the city. Travessa da Figueirôa provides a peaceful yet vibrant corner of Porto, where history, architecture, and local life blend seamlessly for an unforgettable visit.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Lapa, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
