It is designed with open living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. A dishwasher is also available for guests.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

São Félix da Marinha, in Vila Nova de Gaia, is a peaceful coastal town known for its beautiful beaches and relaxing atmosphere. The long sandy shores are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and coastal walks, offering a serene escape just outside Porto.

The town also features cultural landmarks like the Church of São Félix, adding to its charm. With easy access to Porto’s wine cellars and attractions, São Félix da Marinha is an ideal spot for those seeking both relaxation and exploration.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, João de Deus, is just a 650-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
