The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

The spacious bedroom offers a plush double bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights, as well as ample storage for your belongings.

The modern bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a welcoming atmosphere to refresh and recharge.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the Bonfim neighbourhood of Porto, this property offers a convenient and authentic local experience. Just a short walk away, guests will find everything they need for a comfortable stay, including supermarkets, as well as local bakeries and cafés such as Confeitaria Suzi Paula and Mesa 325.

Bonfim is a peaceful residential area with excellent public transport connections. Bus stops nearby provide easy access to the city centre and key sights, while Campo 24 de Agosto Metro Station is also within walking distance.

The area is known for its local charm and cultural offerings. The renowned Centro Comercial STOP, a creative hub for music and the arts, is just a few minutes away. Guests can also enjoy easy trips to Porto’s historic Ribeira district and the Douro riverfront, where they can explore traditional architecture, local cuisine, and scenic views.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Heroísmo, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
