Nestled in Porto, Poveiros is a vibrant neighbourhood with iconic attractions and bustling life. Praça dos Poveiros is a bustling square known for its lively atmosphere and historical significance. It serves as a meeting point for locals and visitors alike and is surrounded by traditional cafes, restaurants like Casa Guedes and Gazela, and shops. The square is characterized by its charming architecture and vibrant energy, making it a popular destination for daytime outings and evening social gatherings. Stroll along the cobblestone streets and marvel at the city's beauty and history, with landmarks like the renowned Luís I Bridge, the majestic Livraria Lello bookstore, the picturesque Jardins Palácio de Cristal, the magnificent Porto Cathedral, the charming Clérigos Tower and the iconic Ageas Porto Coliseum. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. 
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
