This delightful 98 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor and has a lift access, although it is necessary to go down a flight of stairs to access the building.

This space is designed with modern and stylish touches, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The living area offers a cozy sitting space where guests can enjoy their favorite shows after a day of exploring. A dining table where guests can share their meals together.

The open-concept kitchen creates a warm and social setting while cooking and comes fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a washing machine for added convenience.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, plenty of storage, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe for easy organization.

A shared bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can step onto the lovely balcony to soak up some sunlight and enjoy the open air.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

São Pedro da Afurada, a charming fishing village in Vila Nova de Gaia, offers a glimpse into Portugal’s maritime heritage. Its whitewashed houses, colourful boats, and open-air seafood grills along the Douro River create a lively yet authentic atmosphere. Strolling through its narrow streets, visitors can experience the warmth of the local fishing community.

Nature lovers can explore the Afurada Walkways for scenic river views or visit the Reserva Natural do Estuário do Douro for birdwatching. The village’s public washing house, where locals still do laundry by hand, adds to its unique charm. Whether enjoying fresh seafood or soaking in the riverside ambience, Afurada is a hidden gem worth visiting.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Chãs (lines 12M, 902, 903, and 907), is just 300 meters walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
