This cozy 40m² apartment is located close to several main attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants nearby, offering multiple dining options.

The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a television to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space gets plenty of natural light, making it even more inviting. You also have access to a balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cooking utensils and cutlery to prepare a delicious meal. It includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other appliances.

The bedroom is a pleasant space with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is equipped with hotel-quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

Finally, the bathroom offers all the amenities you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

It is located on the 1st floor, with no elevator.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
