The kitchen, with its practical and contemporary design, is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan and fridge, offering everything you need for your everyday life.

The three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, are harmoniously decorated, ensuring a serene environment for a revitalising rest. All are equipped with comfortable double beds, air conditioning and wardrobes to conveniently store all your belongings.

The bathrooms have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in a very charming and tranquil residential area of Porto, surrounding the prestigious Bonfim district, this accommodation offers you the perfect retreat where local authenticity meets the dynamic pulse of the city. The energy of the neighbourhood is simultaneously welcoming and vibrant, characterised by traditional shops, speciality cafés, local grocery stores and independent art galleries. A short walk away, you can explore the bustling Praça da Batalha, the iconic Coliseu do Porto, or stroll down the emblematic Rua de Santa Catarina, famous for its shops and the stunning façade of the Capela das Almas.

Despite enjoying this relaxed surroundings, the proximity to the heart of Porto's historic centre is exceptional. In just a few minutes on foot or via a quick metro ride, you will be stepping into the cultural and tourist epicentre of the city. You will have immediate access to the colours and medieval alleyways of Ribeira, the grandeur of the Torre dos Clérigos, the Lello Bookshop and the fantastic São Bento Station. From here, it is easy to cross the iconic Ponte Luiz I to visit the famous Port Wine Cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. Travel a little further to be amazed by the birthplace of the nation in Guimarães, the monumentality and sanctuaries of Braga, or take an unforgettable trip through the vine-covered and mountainous landscapes of the stunning Douro Valley!

By metro, the nearest station is Combatentes (Yellow Line), a 15-minute walk away, with fast connections to the centre of Porto, Trindade and other stops on the metropolitan network.

By bus, several STCP lines pass through the area, allowing comfortable trips to the historic centre, Bonfim and other parts of the city.

By car, the property has good access to the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna/Inner Ring Road), making it easy to travel to any part of the city and surroundings.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (Porto) is approximately 20 to 30 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.
