Beautiful and comfortable, this lovely studio of 35m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

Relax in the living room, which features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a coffee machine.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property offers an excellent location for exploring the area. Within proximity, visitors can enjoy attractions such as the beautiful Jardim de Arca d'Água, the tranquil Picoutos Park, and the vibrant Amores Urban Park. For those looking to indulge in local cuisine, the renowned Príncipe do Monte takeaway is just a stone's throw away. Additionally, guests can savour delicious meals at nearby restaurants and bars, including Porto Tropical São João - Desde 1996 and O Mundo na Brasa. Whether you are a nature lover, a food enthusiast, or simply looking to experience the local culture, this property provides an ideal base for your adventures in Porto.

This property boasts a convenient location with easy access to nearby stations. The Hospital São João is just a short 11-minute walk away, making it an ideal choice for those seeking proximity to medical facilities. Additionally, the IPO station is only 1 km from the property, providing convenient transportation options for residents.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
