Before booking, please note:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of €250 if there is evidence such as smell, ash, cigarette butts).

Online registration: guest data must be registered compulsorily and autonomously through our own platform before arrival.

Check-in: autonomous with digital lock and/or access keys.

Access: After the apartment is ready and online registration is correctly completed.

Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct in the booking. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the stated number may result in additional fees or refusal of the stay.

Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 applies for water and electricity; extras will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.

Apartment access with lift (we are not responsible for lift malfunctions).

Zero tolerance for noise in the apartment. We have very sensitive neighbours and a decibel meter with automatic notifications.

Parking space available for narrow vehicles.
