The Space:

3 cozy apartments in the heart of the city, with all the comforts to provide an epic stay. They are in the same building, on the same floor and next to each other, which is an excellent opportunity for large groups!



The apartments have 12 beds and 3 sofa beds for a great night's sleep and two incredible kitchens to challenge them to cook the best delights in town.



In one apartment there is air conditioning and in the other electric heaters and fans, which will help them warm up on chilly days and cool off on hot days.



In addition, you could not miss the Wi-Fi to share all the content and be attentive to the news.



We have an excellent surprise for you! Netflix to relax at the end of the day before going to sleep.



If you arrive earlier, please contact us to try to arrange a solution. However, they have lockers at the São Bento train station and the Trindade metro station to store their luggage.



Do they have a lot of luggage? Do not worry, you do not need to climb the stairs as they have an elevator to help them.



They are only 5 minutes from the Clérigos, 7 minutes from the Allies and 10 minutes from the Trinidad, so take the opportunity.



Guest Access:

The apartments are all yours, so use them responsibly. Use the kitchen to cook the best delicacies of the city, have great nights of sleep in comfortable beds and enjoy Netflix in the living room at the end of the day. The only areas where you can cross with neighbors is in the garage area and in the elevator.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is characterized for having traditional small vintage shops, so take a look! Also, it has a supermarket just in front of the building for you to grab some food and a bakery only 1minute away where you can get fresh bread out of the oven and different pastry made by them. Only 10 minutes away is the bars and nightlife area, perfect for an after dinner drink.



Getting Around:

If you are taking public transportations, just take the metro and leave at station Trindade.

From there is only around 10min walking to the apartment.



In case there is no available garage parking space in the building, you also have the option of another parking garage close to the apartment called Parque de Estacionamento Coronel Pacheco, or in the outside plaza (parking paid in machines all week between 8am and 8pm, Saturdays between 9am and 4pm and Sundays and Holidays is free).



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight - after that time, you will be charged a fee of 15€.



- Check-outs end at 11am; after that time, you will be charged midnight and if you want to check out after 2pm, you will be charged a full night's stay.



- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €9/day.



- The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 3 euros per night per person, up to 7 nights (already included in the reservation fee).
