"Hotel incrível, quarto muito bom. Estacionamento um pouco complicado. "

O restante, tudo excelente!"

"The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. "Lugar muito confortável"

"A limpeza do ambiente estava impecável, nota 10.

"The room is not like the photo shown at all. However, room I got was big, clean enough, nice balcony and equipments. There was no spoon in the room, though there were coffee and kettle. Bad thing was the bed and pillows, the blanket is super thin and the same as bed sheet. They are just thin fabric. The decorative pillows were unbelievably dirty. I prefer not to have it on clean bed at all."

"The shower in the restroom overflowed, and the water never got hot. Additionally, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs sleeping area. While the downstairs remained comfortable, the upstairs loft where the bed was located was extremely warm and felt like a heat box, making it difficult to sleep."
