Villetta Lia in front of the sea and with parking space inside the structure is located in an optimal position, in fact it is just a few meters from the sea and the nearest beach, thus allowing you to admire the coast easily from outside the house. The structure is characterized by a large courtyard where there is a beautiful garden full of vegetation and a veranda, optimal for being able to have lunch outside and to be able to park your vehicle safely inside the surrounding walls. It is also a perfect solution for those who love spending their holidays together with their animals. Villetta Lia has a large furnished living room with a dining table, a small corridor that connects and allows access to the bathroom, the two bedrooms equipped with a fan, the small kitchen and an additional entrance that allows us to reach the back of the courtyard from which we can also reach the outdoor shower on site. It is possible to provide on request also a barbecue, a washing machine and all the bed linen that you may need during your stay.
