- 500 meters, 5 minutes on foot, from the town center
- 500 meters, 5 minutes on foot, from the Conchiglia Azzurra bathhouse
- 1000 meters, 10 minutes on foot, from the Le Dune bathhouse

 GUEST ACCESS:
At the time of Check-In, the tenants must pay:
- Deposit of € 250 which will be returned, after verification of damage and missing items
- Amount of € 30 for the final cleaning and disinfestation service
In any case, guests must behave with dignity and discretion, leaving the accommodation tidy and clean, with particular regard to the kitchen and bathrooms.

Ideal location for those who want to move on foot between the nightlife and the beautiful equipped beaches.
Both the town center (east) and the first sandy beach (west) are only 500 meters away.
The Residence is:
