The vacation home opens with a large furnished living room with an open kitchen and 1 double sofa bed. From here there is access to the first full shower room, and 2 bedrooms, one double and one single.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where there are 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.

Appartamento Terrazza is located in Porto Cesareo, in a residential area within walking distance from the seafront, the center and the first sandy beaches.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
-  Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
