furnished with table and chairs, and equipped with washing machine,
sink and outdoor shower, very useful to refresh when returning from the
beaches.
The interior of the two-room apartment consists of two
rooms: living room furnished with open kitchenette with induction plate,
table and chairs, and 1 quadruple room furnished with double bed + bunk bed, closet and TV.
Completes the house 1 bathroom shower with extractor fan.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom has no window, with a fan.
