Tenuta Maria is a large vacation villa for rent in Porto Cesareo, in a residential area located in the first hinterland. Spacious and bright, with large equipped outdoor spaces, the villa offers up to 10 beds.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, league oven, TV in the living room and rooms, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito net, outdoor shower and parking space. Pets are allowed.

The villa is framed by a large garden where, in addition to plants and trees, there is a lovely children`s play area and a gazebo with tents where you can relax outdoors.
A spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs allows for outdoor dining, barbecue, wood-burning oven, and sun loungers.
The entrance in Tenuta Maria is a large living room in which there are dining room, 1 single sofa bed, air conditioning and TV. Next to it is the eat-in kitchen characterized by the cooktop on a central island.
The kitchen provides access to both the garden and one of the bedrooms, the triple room furnished with a double + single bed.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area of the villa, consisting of 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. A master shower room completes the interior.

Tenuta Maria is located on the outskirts of Porto Cesareo, in a residential area in the locality of Il Poggio. Located along a main road, it allows you to reach in a few minutes by car both the center of Porto Cesareo and the towns of Nardò and Leverano, but also all the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 43 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway of the sleeping area.
- Water not drinkable.
