Villetta Soliento is a 5-bed vacation home for rent in Torre Lapillo, less than 500 meters from the center of the seaside resort famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear seabed.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, heated outdoor shower, wi-fi internet, grates and mosquito nets on doors and windows, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.

Villetta Soliento is a recently renovated three-room vacation home, surrounded on three sides by garden, partly paved and partly with flower beds, plants and trees.
In the area in front you can park your car, while in the back there is a relaxation area with table, chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower.
The interior of Villetta Soliento is cozy, furnished with new furniture. The entrance is into a hallway from which you enter the 2 double bedrooms. A hallway leads to the living room with a single sofa bed, and to the well-equipped kitchenette. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

Villetta Soliento is a vacation home in Torre Lapillo, located in a quiet area less than 500 meters from the center where there are all the main services, and only 800 meters from the wonderful beach.
Torre Lapillo is one of the most popular destinations for seaside vacations in Salento, on the coast of Porto Cesareo whose center is only 5 km away. The famous beach of Punta Prosciutto is also only 5 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
