Casa Iro is a 7-bed apartment for vacation rental in Torre Lapillo, just 500 meters from its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. The apartment is located on the second floor.

The comfortable apartment is located on the second floor of a complex of vacation homes not far from the sea. The entrance is independent. On the ground floor the apartment has parking and an outdoor shower.
External stairs lead to the upper floor where the apartment is developed. There are a large air-conditioned living room, the well-equipped kitchenette, hallway, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
The bedrooms are 2 double and 1 triple room (double bed + single). The triple also has ceiling blades. Completing the apartment is a large terrace with sea view, furnished for outdoor dining. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Casa Iro is a vacation apartment located in Torre Lapillo, just 500 meters from one of the most beautiful stretches of the very long beach, one of the most extensive and well-known in Salento, washed by a clear sea with a very clear seabed.
Near Casa Iro there are stretches of free beach and equipped lidos among the most prestigious and well-known, including Bahia. The town of Porto Cesareo is just 5 km away. In Torre Lapillo there are all the main services, which can also be reached on foot.
 
 
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the living room.
