Villino Geremia is a 7-bed vacation home in the center of Porto Cesareo. The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer and TV. Outdoor space at the back equipped with mobile barbecue and outdoor shower.

A gate leads to the small entrance courtyard to Villino Geremia, elevated by a few steps. The house has a large air-conditioned living room , furnished with sofas, bookcase, TV, table and chairs.
From the living room there is access to the well-equipped eat-in kitchen, from which there is an exit to the small backyard where there is a shower, barbecue, sink and washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a shower room. In all there are 2 shower rooms. The seventh bed is on a pouf bed available for guests.

Villino Geremia is located just 100 meters from the beach of Porto Cesareo and
from the center of the lively town that in summer becomes one of the
most popular vacation destinations in Salento, thanks to its beautiful
beaches and crystal clear sea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.

-The bathroom in the master bedroom does
not have a bidet and there is no window.
