The holiday home is entirely fenced and introduced by a gate  for cars. It has a porch and a partly-paved garden where you can relax.
The
furniture of the apartment is basic. The apartment consists of a
spacious dining area with open kitchen, sofa and tv. A corridor leads to
the sleeping area, which consists of 1 four-bed room with double bed and buk bed, with air conditioning and a full bathroom with washing machine. The holiday home is equipped with a heated outdoor shower.

one-bedroom apartment is in a two-unit complex, in a quiet area of
Porto Cesareo, near the most beautiful beaches of Torre Chianca and
Scala di Furno, which are only 700 meters away.
The closest beach
is Tabù, with a beach establishment, cafè and restaurant. The city
centre of Porto Cesareo, one of the most famous tourist destinations in
Salento, known for its beaches, crystal clear sea and services, is 2
kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
