Villa Marina is a holiday home for 8 guests

Villa Marina is accessible from a gate in the courtyard with parking area and outdoor shower. The staircase in the garden takes to the first floor. Villa Marina consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for two guests and a single bed, a kitchenette and the furnished terrace with dining area.
The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with French bed and a bathroom with shower. The holiday home Villa Marina in Porto Cesareo is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine and mosquito nets.

Villa Marina is 450 meters away from the beach Bacino Grande, one of the most famous beaches on the coast between Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. The centre of Porto Cesareo with its amenities is 2.5 kilometers away and Torre Lapillo is even closer. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the hall and corridor.
