Villetta La Pineta 1 is a lovely holiday, simple and essential, to spend a holiday by the sea of Porto Cesareo. The rental holiday home is located 350 meters from the sea and from the beach of Strea, south from Porto Cesareo. ìt is completely fenced and in a quiet area. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

Villetta La Pineta 1 is surrounded by a large space with a garden and a pine forest where you can spend lovely hours of relaxation and peace, so you can recharge your batteries after your stay at the beach. There`s also an external shower and an external parking space. The holiday home is simple and essential and consists of an entrance/living room with a table and chairs plus a single bed. From here you enter the well-equipped kitchen and the hallway that leads t to the sleeping area which is divided into 1 double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk bed plus a bathroom with shower.

Villetta La Pineta 1 is located in the area of La Strea,a penisola with bay on the beach with a high natural and scenic value, just 350 meters from the holiday home. the center of Porto Cesareo is located just 2,5 kilometers away while Sant`Isidoro, the seaside of Nardo is just 3 kilometers far. There are also pizzerias and friggitorias near by. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 43 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
