Pianeta Mare Residence - Corallino

It`s 90 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo, Appartamento Corallino is part of the complex Pianeta Mare. Pianeta Mare is a two-floor complex that consists of 4 holiday homes
(2 on the ground floor and two on the first floor). It`s a
recently-built complex equipped with a parking area near the building.
Appartamento Corallino is independent and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Appartamento Corallino is on the first floor
of the complex Pianeta Mare in Torre Lapillo. The apartment has an
independent access from an outdoor staircase. There is a shared outdoor
area on the ground floor used as laundry area, with two washing machines
at disposal of the guests.
Appartamento Corallino consists of a living room with dining area, open kitchen and sofa bed, while the sleeping area consists
of a master bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with
shower. The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, electric oven, television and hair-dryer.

Mare Torre Lapillo Residence is 90 meters away from the beach of Torre
Lapillo and 200 meters away from the closest beach establishments. It`s
150 meters away from the centre of Torre Lapillo with its amenities,
such as tobacco shop, supermaket, fish shop, doctor on duty and
pharmacy, church and various shops.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared washing machine.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
