Completely independent, the Bilo Piano Terra of the residence in Porto Cesareo are apartments composed as follows: a large living room in which there are, in addition to the dining room and open kitchen, also a sofa bed for two people; a hallway, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The house is completed by an outdoor courtyard equipped with table, chairs and umbrella, for outdoor dining.

The Absolute Apartment residence in which the Bilo Piano Terra are located is 700 meters from the sea, just a few minutes walk from both the beaches and the city center of Porto Cesareo,
where there are all the main services, not only bars, restaurants and
stores, but also a doctor`s office, pharmacies, bookstores, library, sea
museum and much more. For nightlife, many equipped lidos during the day turn into clubs during the beautiful summer evenings to be spent by the sea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
