"The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift. "

"Estadia bem agradável. Localização do hotel era bem bom, próximo ao centro histórico, facilidade de estacionamento na rua mediante a pagamento. O quarto era ok, a única coisa era o ar condicionado que estava programado para ligar num horário e desligar à noite. Falamos com o administrador, que estendeu a programação em uma ou duas horas mais, porém acordávamos à noite com bastante calor. Optamos por ficar em Lecce por ser um ponto mais central para conhecermos a Puglia. "

"Vi var de eneste der overnattede på ressortet . Det var åbenbart meget tidligt på feriesæsonen i Syditalien På trods af dette var restauranten åben om aftenen. Mad , vin og betjening var i top. Om morgenen var der tilberedt en stor morgenmads buffet. Selv om vi stadig var de eneste på stedet. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse, og absolut anbefales værdigt. "

"What we loved about Villa Anna: The Staff: We had some trouble finding out when we would arrive. The Villa Anna staff kept in touch with us, helped us to do a check in outside of hours, arranged an early check in for us, and were really helpful. As important, we took an Uber into Brindisi and then couldn't get an Uber back that evening. Despite it being 5 minutes before closing for the desk, the Villa Anna staff arranged for a taxi to come get us (and it was less than the Uber). We would have...

"Could not connect to the Internet or TV , reached out to the property and response was "thats odd, sorry" did not even sttempt to fix. Rooms are far from luxurious bit they sre clean and close to Centro. Would not stay again"
