"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. "The property was in the middle of farm. Nice property. The owner gave us all the information required before through message and route was also mentioned so precise. Without that it would have been difficult to spot the location.
